Return & Exchange Policy

At Far Fronte, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Returns

Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Products damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at farfronteapperal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Far Fronte reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
